Victor Chrjapin is project director for nuclear construction for URS Washington Division's power business unit based in Princeton, NJ. He is responsible for construction planning in preparation for the nuclear renaissance; this includes general planning and preparatory activities to execute nuclear construction projects. He is directly responsible for Washington Division's construction planning efforts for GEH's ESBWR including generic plans, construction methodologies, schedules, and related activities. Mr. Chrjapin's expertise includes project management, particularly in the operating nuclear environment.

Gerald (Gerry) Garfield, Eric Runge and Lynn Fountain are members of the energy and utility department at Day Pitney LLP. Gerry's practice has included regulatory, procurement and financing matters concerning the siting, construction and operation of nuclear generating facilities. Eric's practice has focused on matters related to regional transmission, system reliability, interregional coordination and generator interconnection. Lynn has also worked on matters related to the procurement and construction of nuclear generating facilities.

Cassie Hagan is a professional brand manager who joined AREVA in October 2001. She was recently named the director of marketing operations and B2B communications for AREVA Inc., after three years as the manager for brand marketing of new plants deployment, responsible for the strategic positioning and integrated communications that launched the AREVA EPR brand in the US. Previously, she was the manager of marketing communications for AREVA NP Inc. Prior to AREVA, Hagan was the senior brand manager for Gateway, where she helped create and build the cow-spotted computer image into one of America's most valuable brands. Hagan holds a BA in journalism from Lynchburg College in Virginia.

David Stellfox

David Stellfox is senior nuclear editor based in Brussels. He spent 10 years reporting on nuclear regulatory issues in Washington, DC, becoming managing editor of Platts' Inside NRC, and the six years until 2007 as managing editor of international coal, based in London and reporting on coal trading in Europe and Asia. He worked previously in newspapers, and holds a bachelor's degree from Slippery Rock State College and a master's from St. John's College.

Robert Temple is deputy general counsel of CPS Energy, the San Antonio municipally-owned utility. Bob oversees and addresses regulatory issues in courts and before administrative agencies, negotiates significant agreements involving CPS Energy, and oversees regulatory and litigation attorneys and additional staff. Bob received his juris doctorate degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law (with high honors) and he received a bachelor of science degree from Southern Illinois University. Prior to joining CPS Energy, Bob was in private practice in the Chicago office of law firms with a national energy practice. Bob has over 20 years experience in the nuclear industry and, in addition to his legal expertise, he has held a senior reactor operator's license at a US commercial nuclear power plant.
